According to Yoga philosophy, human beings have five “koshas”
(“layers” or “shells”) that compose the body – the inner-most of
the koshas is the soul, the outer-kosha is the physical body.
Yoga practice is about aligning these layers so that your deeper
koshas can shine through. Join guest teacher Charat for a
special class that includes yoga philosophy and in-depth
information about the koshas, as well as pranayama, meditation
