Kids need healthy mental and physical outlets – video games, lack of physical playtime and exercise have our kids in the worst shape in modern history.

The Karma Life Kids Yoga classes integrate games, art and social interaction, and can be helpful in enhancing many kids IQ, EQ and PQ. It is a systemized recreational learning process, and a good complement to any child’s physical education.
