In order to maintain a freshness and energy in my teaching and find new directions in which to take the students who participate in my classes, as well as Deeping my understanding of both yoga and the human body, I'll be going abroad to study under number of teachers from different styles.

I'll be leaving on the 18th of April, and returning on September 1st, and am really looking forward to conducting a workshop when I return. The workshop will begin the process (which we'll continue in my regular classes) of sharing all the things I hope to learn while away, and my excitment and anticipation of it should help to keep me motivated to practice hard during that time! I hope it does for all of you as well!
